What's included in your registration?

You can either sign up for the entire conference as a regular participant - or find the day that suits you best. Each day include 2 keynotes, one or more panel debates and one parallel session. Registration to the public event on Saturday is at Aarhus People's University's website and can be found here.

Participation in the social acitivities in the evening can be purchased seperately, 300DKK per event. Read more about the event Thursday here and the event Friday here

Young researchers (Students of medicine, PhD students and Postdocs) can register for the entire conference at a reduced price. Additionally, young researchers will have the possibility to attend lunch with one of speakers at the conference together with 8-10 other students. Sign up now to secure your spot at the conference, then we will reach out to you as soon as the different hosts for the Meet the 'Professor' lunches have been identified.

Abstract submission

If you are a young researcher (Student of medicine, PhD student or Postdoc), you have the opportunity to apply for contributing to the conference with a flash-talk (5 min presentation + 2 min discussion as part of a session) or with a poster. If you are selected to contribute at the conference, you will participate in the academic programme for free. Read more about the guidelines for submission - and send in your abstract - here.

Your personal data

We care about your personal data. In order to carry out the conference, we will collect and store the personal information that you submit as part of your registration. As part of the registration process, you can read more about which personal information we collect and why.

A photographer will be present at the event. To comply with the GDPR, we must inform you that the photos will only be used in AU-related contexts and as PR for the event. Contact the photographer on the day of the event if you do not wish to be photographed.
